MEET RACHEL, FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Stroke Survivor. Teacher. Advocate.
Rachel, a 15-year stroke survivor and Yoga Alliance certified teacher (E-RYT 500), is dedicated to creating inclusive classes for individuals who may feel unsure if yoga is for them. Whether it's through a group class, small session, or private offering, she's committed to showing everyone that yoga is accessible and beneficial.
