Small Group Yoga

Host anywhere from 2-8 people per class; this can be chair, mat, asana, meditation, concentration, breathing focused sessions, tailored for your needs. Classes are grouped in 3 categories:


Rest and Restore: Gentle

Elements of yin yoga, restorative yoga, deep breathing, 1,2,3 breath, box breath (sama vritti), and ocean (ujjayi) breath with yoga nidra
calming the nervous system. 


Strengthen and lengthen: mild

Vinyasa, hatha style yoga. Yoga belly breath emphasis
linked to movement. 

Sun salutations moving, flowing practice. 


Energize and invigorate: moderate

Sun salutations, balancing posture, forward folding,
breath of fire (kapalabhati).
