Small Group Yoga

 

My Yogawill offers small group yoga sessions that can host 2–8 people and are designed to meet your group’s individual goals. Whether you’re looking for chair, mat, asana, meditation, or breath-focused classes, each session is customized for your own yoga experience— at all skill levels. 

Sessions are organized into three categories, allowing participants to choose between gentle, mild, or moderate practices that align with their energy and wellness objectives.

Rest and Restore: Gentle

For those seeking relaxation and a sense of calm, our Rest and Restore sessions incorporate elements of yin and restorative yoga. These classes are designed to calm the nervous system, offering practices such as deep breathing exercises like the 1-2-3 breath, box breathing (sama vritti), and ocean breathing (ujjayi). By incorporating yoga nidra, participants are gently guided toward a state of deep relaxation, helping them find balance and tranquility through each movement and breath.

Strengthen and Lengthen: Mild

In our Strengthen and Lengthen sessions, the focus is on building strength and flexibility through vinyasa and hatha-style yoga. These classes connect breath and movement, encouraging participants to synchronize their breathing with each pose to enhance stability and body awareness. Through gentle sequences and sun salutations, participants explore both mild intensity and flowing movement, helping them gradually build resilience while promoting a grounded and centered experience.

Energize and Invigorate: Moderate

Our Energize and Invigorate sessions are designed for participants seeking a more dynamic, moderate-intensity experience. These classes include sun salutations, balancing postures, forward folds, and breath-of-fire techniques (kapalabhati) to activate energy and increase vitality. These sessions offer a focused way to invigorate both the body and mind, leaving participants feeling revitalized and refreshed.
