You may be able to deepen your practice or add yoga to your existing therapies. Lengthen and strengthen the body and mind.
4 weeks Stroke yoga Free lessons
Classes include a mix of posture poses (asana), linking breath with movement (vinyasa), balancing postures, breathing exercise (pranayama) chanting, mantra, spiritual positive texts and affirmations, breath-based meditation yoga nidra; great for the affected stroke side. Promoting rest and relaxation in the body.
After 4 sessions if you choose to continue
You can pay $8 per 90 minute session for maintenance.
