Take A Deeper Dive Into Yoga, Without the Commitment

Not sure if you want to teach yoga but looking for something more immersive than a standard class? This mentorship offers a deep dive into yoga's foundations, philosophy, language, and energy systems. Each module allows you to explore the essentials of yoga at your own pace. Complete all four modules to build toward a full 200-hour foundational training, setting a solid base for personal growth and a deeper understanding of yoga.

Part One: Techniques, Training, and Practice (75 Hours)

Participants start with foundational elements in Asana, Pranayama/Subtle Body, and the History and Philosophy of Yoga. This section encourages an in-depth exploration of yoga postures, breath techniques, and ancient texts to help build strength, awareness, and intention in practice.

Part Two: Meditation, Self-Reflection, and Yoga Ethics (45 Hours)

Focusing on the mental and ethical dimensions of yoga, Part Two delves into Meditation and Self-Reflection, alongside key principles of yoga ethics. Through this section, participants gain insight into the yamas and niyamas, cultivating a mindful approach to both yoga and daily life.

Part Three: Anatomy, Physiology, and Mechanics of Movement (55 Hours)

Part Three provides essential knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the mechanics of movement and breath. Through modules covering skeletal structure, muscle function, and safe alignment, participants gain an understanding of the physical body in yoga.

For those considering teaching, this section covers the essential skills for leading a class, including sequencing, cueing, and adapting poses. The 12 key competencies provide a solid foundation for anyone looking to guide others in yoga.
