This includes a hands-on approach to yoga whether in a chair or on the floor you will get  adjustments or guidance of adjustments in asana and quality restoration for the body. 

Use of mantra, metta (loving-kindness) meditation, positive affirmations, mudras (hand positioning) and chakra balancing.
A tailored home practice is included. 


Rest and Restore: Gentle

Elements of yin yoga, restorative yoga, deep breathing, 1,2,3 breath,
box breath (sama vritti), and ocean (ujjayi) breath with yoga nidra calming the nervous system. 

Longer savasana options. 


Strengthen and lengthen: mild

Hatha (physical) style yoga with elements of vinyasa (yoga belly breath emphasis linked to movement).

Sun salutations moving, flowing practice. 


Energize and invigorate: moderate

Sun salutations, balancing posture, forward folding,
breath of fire (kapalabhati).
