Reuniting with Self

EVERYTHING is energy. Everything!

The body is made up of lots of elements, atoms, cells and vibrating micro particles.

Living, breathing, moving, changing every second.

Unpacking the disease process:

According to science the elements are grouped into 5 categories:

Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether.

From these elements, Ancient Ayurvedic teachings have identified 3 major groups of energy present within the body that are believed to circulate within the body and govern physical, mental, emotional characteristics.

 Pitta: fire and water

Vata: air and ether

Kapha: water and earth

In its truest form in nature the body possesses balance within these elements. Balance is the human body’s most natural easy state (Sukha).

Instinctually, your body is encoded to know what to do to maintain this state of ease.

Everything you need is already within you.

All energies present live in balance and harmony.  Homeostasis.

Able to maintain a stable environment despite fluctuations in the external environment.

This is a sort of spiritual science.

Now disruptions occur, of course. Whether coming in at birth, carried in from past lives or generational trauma living in the DNA. Imbalances are somewhat a natural part of the process.

You imbalance and balance back out, on a daily, hourly rate as your nervous system goes between Rest/digest and fight/flight

Certain foods distort our human DNA, stressors to our nervous system disrupt our natural energy field and many other factors come into play. Disease presents and people suffer horribly due to these imbalances.

Disease or DIS-EASE often settles in.

This is a disruption of the state of ease.

By using elements of nature, easing the impact of trauma on the physical body, resetting the nervous system, and eliminating toxins you begin to restore balance and restore balance within the body.

The body innately remembers what it has to do to be healthy. Your body wants to be healthy!

Believing that is half the battle sometimes, isn’t it?!
